MEET YOUR COACH Todd McCullough (TMAC)

The founder of TMAC FITNESS, a fitness and mindset program that has helped more than 20,000 people lose weight, get stronger, lower stress, and get their MIND RIGHT.

Born and raised in the rural South, Todd attended the University of Florida where he earned a football scholarship. Along the way, he endured multiple injuries and surgeries that would ultimately change the course of his life.

After college, Todd worked in finance at Merrill Lynch before being laid off during the financial crisis of 2008. What initially felt like a setback became an opportunity to pursue a deeper calling: helping people improve both their physical and mental well-being.

Through his own recovery journey, Todd discovered yoga and mindfulness practices that allowed him to move beyond the limitations of his injuries. He began combining the intensity of athletic training with the restorative benefits of yoga, breathing, meditation, and mindset work. That combination became the foundation of TMAC FITNESS.

Over the last 15+ years, Todd has coached thousands of individuals ranging from busy parents and executives to professional athletes, helping them create sustainable health habits that fit into real life.

But Todd believes fitness is about much more than losing weight or building muscle.

Every day we have an opportunity to choose our mindset.

When we take time to move our bodies, quiet our minds, and intentionally focus on what matters most, we show up differently. We become better parents. Better spouses. Better friends. Better leaders. Better coworkers.
