Gym Workout:

1) Row 500 meters
2) Wall Ball Shots 30x *
3) Pull Ups 10x **
4) Plated V-Ups 15x ***

Repeat 4 times.

*Men: Advanced-20lbs. Moderate-10lbs. Beginner-Bodyweight.
*Women: Advanced-10lbs. Moderate-8lbs. Beginner-Bodyweight.

**If you can not perform 3 good pull ups opt out for lat pull downs and increase rep count to 15x

***Men: Advanced-45lbs. Moderate-25lbs. Beginner-Bodyweight.
***Women: Advanced-25lbs . Moderate-10lbs. Beginner-Bodyweight.
