27 Jan Two Percent of Your Day
For this week’s workout I designed a killer circuit and to make it even more challenging it has a time limit for finishing it. Remember, making excuses burns zero calories per hour. And hey, this circuit is just 2% of your day. Let’s get after it!
- Jog half a mile on treadmill
- Quick stretch
- Wide Pushups – to failure
- Single Arm Clean Press with Kettlebell – 8x/each arm
- Lat Pull Down – 12x
- Power Squat Jumps – 20x
- Side Elbow Plank (lift hips up and down) – 20x/each way
Repeat Circuit 5x. The goal is 25 minutes or less, not including your warm up.
