04 May Total Body Toning
This week we are bringing you a total body toning workout. I tried it at the gym last Thursday and loved it. Warning: You will SWEAT! Just imagine I’m right there cheering you on and you’ll make it through. Videos for all exercises can be found below the workout.
- Single Arm Kettlebell Clean & Press* – 5x each arm
- Burpee Box Jumps** – 16x
1. Complete Circuit twice
2. Kettlebell Farmer’s Walk*** – 50 yards
3. Repeat Circuit twice
4. Kettlebell Farmer’s Walk – 50 yards
5. Whew – you made it!
