TMAC 20: 20 Minute Workouts. No Equipment. No Excuses! Each workout ends with a brief meditation, allowing you to connect and ground yourself each day. Everyone from busy parents, entrepreneurs, and gold-medal Olympians have benefited from my program.
As a personal trainer, I am limited to the number of people I can train. Also, one session with me is $250 and I understand that is not in everyone’s budget. This program allows you access to me plus other talented trainers for less than a cup of coffee a day!
