Then what are you waiting for?? Get started on “The Sled” Gym Workout!
- Sled Push – 50 yards (Add weight as needed. You should be gassed at 25 yards and have to dig deep to finish to 50 yards.)
- Standing Shoulder Press – 12x
Repeat Circuit 4x
- Row – 250 meters
- Bosu Ball Pushups (demonstration video below) – to failure
