Circuit 1

  • Sled Push – 50 yards (Add weight as needed. You should be gassed at 25 yards and have to dig deep to finish to 50 yards.)
  • Standing Shoulder Press – 12x

Repeat Circuit 4x

Circuit 2

  • Row – 250 meters
  • Bosu Ball Pushups (demonstration video below) – to failure
