I have listened to this podcast at least three times in the past two weeks. Here are my takeaways:
- We have to ability to be happier.
- If people improve their habits and mindset they can improve their life and increase their happiness.
- Happiness is the joy we feel striving for our potential.
- Joy is linked to meaning.
- Our social connections are just as strong as factor in how long we live as obesity, high blood pressure, and smoking.
- Only 10% of our long term happiness is based on the external world. 90% is based on how we “perceive” the outside world.
- Gratitude changes your vibrational frequency.
