24 Nov The Savannah Salad

Prep Time: 10 mins.
Ingredients & Directions:

1. Large handful of spinach (or greens of your choice)
2. Add in 3-4 slices of turkey (if using deli meat, opt for nitrate free)
3. Handful of pomegranate seeds
4. Handful of blueberries
5. 1/3 cup of peas (defrost the night before if using frozen)
6. 1/4 cup (or less) of chopped almonds or walnuts
7. Drizzle about 1 tbsp of olive oil for dressing
*add a touch of vinegar if you want: red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or coconut vinegar are all great options
