Get ready to SWEAT with The Pumpkin Toss workout! We substituted a med ball for a pumpkin, but if you’re really feeling it by all means use a pumpkin.

Equipment Needed:

Med Ball – Guys: 30lbs, Girls: 15lbs

Circuit 1:

  • 10 Reverse Ball Tosses
  • 20 Push Ups (ladies 12x)
  • 20 V-Ups

Repeat 5x

Circuit 2:

  • 200m sprint
  • 40 mountain climbers

Repeat 3x
