Outdoor High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout 

Circuit 1 –

Sprint 60 seconds

Pushups to failure

Sprint 50 seconds

Pushups to failure

Sprint 40 seconds

Pushups to failure

Sprint 30 seconds

Pushups to failure

Sprint 20 seconds

Pushups to failure

Sprint 10 seconds

Pushups to failure

Take 2-3 minutes recovery

 

Circuit 2 –

Sprint 60 seconds

Elbow Plank 60 seconds

Sprint 50 seconds

Elbow Plank 50 seconds

Sprint 40 seconds

Elbow Plank 40 seconds

Sprint 30 seconds

Elbow Plank 30 seconds
