Acts of Kindness from Last Challenge
Perform an act of kindness each day. This can be for a friend, a stranger, or yourself.
Examples: Cook a friend a WHOLE30 meal, buy a stranger a cup of coffee, do not look at social media the first hour of the day (self love), volunteer in your community. Basically anything that uplifts you or your community.
