24 Mar Squat – Jump – Push – Plank

IMG_2860This week’s workout is simple (but that doesn’t mean it’s effortless). My advice – get up early and get your workout in. You’ll feel great, you will have already done more by 8:00am than most people do all day, and you won’t be tempted to cut your workout short as the day fills up. So get up, get out there, and get after it!

Gym Workout:

Front Squats – 10x

Jump Rope – 1:00

Push Ups* – 1:00

Elbow Plank – 1:00

Repeat this circuit 5x.

*When you get fatigued during the push ups continue on your knees. All you have to do is just keep it moving.
