30 Sep October Is Here – Crank Up The Heat!
Fall is on it’s way. The days are getting shorter and cooler every week. This week’s workout is designed to heat you up in even less than the usual 20 minutes.
Speed Circuit: Four exercises. Five sets. Under 17 minutes. Go!
- Deadlift 10x
- Pushups: Guys 30x, Ladies 18x
- Sprint 400m
- Pull-ups to failure or lat pull-downs to failure
Remember that speed is the goal, but form matters! It’s not worth going a few seconds faster if your technique suffers. Especially as you get tired on the 4th and 5th sets make sure you are doing each exercise as perfectly as you can.
