I use this meditation every day after my morning workout. Yes, I am that weird guy in the gym sitting there like Grown Man Buddha. But let me tell you, it’s a game changer. I feel like it’s unlocking a super power. And guess what, you can do it too. View this like you are developing a muscle. The more often you do it the deeper you can dive in.
