Circuit 1:

  • Hang Cleans – 10x
  • Pushups – 30x
  • 250m Sprint

 
Repeat 5 times with no rest.

Circuit 2:

  • Straight Bar Curl – 8x
  • Single Leg Stability Ball Leg Curls – 8x/leg

 
Repeat 3 times with no rest.

Adjustments:
Guys:
Beginners: Circuit 1 three rounds. 5x Pushups. Walk instead of run. Use both legs for Stability Ball.
Moderate: Circuit 1 four rounds. 15x Pushups.
Ladies:
Beginners: Circuit 1 three rounds. 5x Pushups on knees. Walk instead of run. Use both legs for Stability Ball.
Moderate: Circuit 1 four rounds. 8x Pushups.
