ADVANCED
Circuit:

  • Air Squats – 15x
  • Medicine Ball Slams – 5x
  • Burpees – 10x
  • Medicine Ball Wall Toss* – 10x
  • V-Ups – 5x
  • Single Arm Medicine Ball Push Ups – 5x each arm

 
Repeat 4 times.

MODIFIED

Repeat 3 times. Instead of Single Arm Push Ups do 10x Medicine Ball Push Ups.

BEGINNER
Circuit:

  • Air Squats – 10x
  • Medicine Ball Slams – 5x
  • Burpees – 3x
  • Medicine Ball Wall Toss* – 5x
  • V-Ups – 3x
  • Medicine Ball Push Ups – 3x

 
Repeat 2 times.

*Medicine Ball Wall Toss – Hold the medicine ball with both hands facing a wall. Stand approximately 5 feet away. Throw the ball at the wall and catch it as it bounces back to you.
