Hey, all you gym lovers! Here is a great total body workout you can do next time you want to push some plates around.

Circuit 1:
A) Squats: 10x, 8x, 5x, 5x, 5x.
*Increase weight until last two sets.
*Feel free to go lower than me on the squats. This about the right range for this old knee.
B) Pull-ups:
*To failure.
*Modification: Lat Pull Down.

Repeat Circuit 5x.

Circuit 2:
A) DB Incline Press: 10x, 8x, 8x, 8x
*Increase weight until last two sets.
B) Modified Pistol Squat. 8x/each leg.
*Lower the bench = more difficult.
C) Reverse Fly: 15x, 15x, 15x, 15x.
*Find a weight you can control and focus on form.
D) Duck Walk With Yoga Squat.
*Duck Walk 10yds, pause. Duck Walk Back. Pause. Do twice then after second set pause in yoga squat for 1:30.

Repeat Circuit 4x.
