•  Pushups – Dudes 35x, Ladies 15x
•  Ropes – 20 seconds

Circuit 1:
•  100m – 6x

Circuit 2:
•  KB Front Squat – 12x – Dudes 90lbs; Ladies 40lbs
•  Pushups – Dudes 20x; Ladies 8x
•  Ropes – 20 seconds

Repeat 4 times.

Beginner:
Circuit 1:
•  Walk 1 mile

Circuit 2
•  KB Front Squat – 8x – Dudes 20lbs; Ladies 10lbs
•  Pushups On Knees – Dudes 8x; Ladies 4x
