Follow the challenge rules to get results — and earn points in our leaderboard to earn cool prizes.

Rule 1: Workout (10 points)
  • Every day of the challenge, you will receive an email with a TMAC Workout.
  • If you prefer a non-TMAC workout, that's cool too.
Rule 2: Meditate (10 points)
Rule 3: MIND RIGHT (10 points)
  • Complete workout & meditation before checking social media and work emails.
  • This is called getting your MIND RIGHT.
Rule 4: Steps (10 points)
  • Get in 8,500+ steps a day.
  • If you choose not to walk due to weather, you must do an additional workout.
  • I recommend our yoga videos for the additional workout.
  • This second workout will count toward your steps for the day.
Rule 5: EAT (10 points)
  • Eat only: meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit.
  • Aim for 30-50 grams of protein each meal.
  • Drink only: water, tea, black coffee (lemon juice or electrolytes allowed).
  • No sugar, grains, alcohol, dairy.
  • Avoid anything man-made. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store.

  • At the end of the challenge, upload a friendly selfie (smiling, flexing, or working out) and share any benefits you received!
