22 Jun Hotel Workout

Nothing flushes off the jet lag like a quick circuit in your hotel gym. This workout is fast and effective, so you can get to your meeting or take some R&R by the pool.

Circuit 1:

  • Squat Press – 15x
  • ¼ mile sprint
  • V-ups. 15x

Repeat 5 times.

Modified Version:
Do four rounds and make the sprint only 100m.

Beginner Version:

  • Body weight Squat Press – 10x
  • Walk ¼ mile
  • Crunches – 8x

Repeat 3 times.
