Circuit:

  • Plyo Box Pushups – repetitions to failure
  • Walking Lunges with weight overhead – 20x. **
  • Knee Tucks – 20x
  • Lat Pull Down – 12x

Repeat Circuit 5x

**Suggested weight for lunges: Advanced – 45lb men, 25lb women, Medium – 25lb men, 10lb women, Beginner – 10lb or no weight men, no weight women.
