28 Jun Fourth of July Circuit Challenge

Check out this week’s Fourth of July Circuit Challenge. What’s the challenge? Workout on a holiday! Our advice is to get this done early in the day – that way you can feel good as you head to that party, fireworks, or whatever else you have planned to celebrate 241 years of these United States.

Circuit Challenge:

  • 2 minutes – Alternate 10 squats and 10 burpees
  • 4 minutes – Wall sit for 1 minute, 30 second break, mountain climbers for 1 minute, 30 second break, wall sit for 1 minute
  • 1 minute – Plank

Repeat this circuit 4 times because, well, it IS the Fourth after all!
