- Incline Dumbbell Press – 8x
- Incline Treadmill Walk with Weight Overhead* – 2 minutes

*Incline Treadmill Walk with Plate Overhead: Suggested incline 14. Speed 3 miles/hour. Hold plate over your head with both arms. Men – suggested plate 45lbs. Women – 25lbs.
