In honor of Valentine’s Day, I was reflecting on how exercising with your partner can improve your sex life.

We know exercising releases endorphins, the feel good hormone. People that are happy or more likely to have a good sex life….who wants to make love with a scrooge?

A hidden benefit of a daily meditation practice is the ability to be present with your partner.

Often people get in their heads when being intimate. 

“Does she/he like this?”

“I feel fat.”

When you are present you are solely focused on your partner. 

How can I please her/him?

Sex is no longer “a performance” but rather a way for two people to connect.
