24 Oct Dumbbell Workout

The idea with this workout is you only have one set of dumbbells and you need to knock out a great workout. Move from one exercise to another without rest. Listen to audio for technique.

ADVANCED
Circuit:
Dudes: 35 lbs dumbbells; Gals: 15 lbs dumbbells

  • Squat Press – 20x
  • Jumping Jacks – 50x
  • Dumbbell Curls – 10x/each arm
  • Single Leg Squat Hops – 20x/each leg
  • Oblique Crunches – 10x/each side
  • Low Boat – 20 seconds

 
Repeat 4 times.

MODIFIED

Dudes: 20 lbs; Gals: 10 lbs

Repeat 3 times.

BEGINNER

Dudes: 10 lbs; Gals: 5 lbs

Repeat circuit two times with the following modifications:

+ Jumping Jacks – 10x
+ Single Leg Squat (no hop) – 5x
+ Oblique Crunches: Keep legs on ground.
+ Low Boat: Keep feet on ground.
