Gym Workout:


  • Sprint 400m
  • Handstand Push Ups 15x
  • Walking DB Lunges 20x
  • Side Plank Crunch 15x per side

Repeat Circuit 5x

*If you are new to handstands, simply kick up against a wall and hold as long as you can. Maybe this time doing the workout you can only hold for 10 seconds. Next time try for 15 seconds. Keep at it and before long you will be cranking out handstand pushups.
