07 Jun Bodyweight Workout

This bodyweight workout is all about your legs and core stability. Since there is no equipment required, feel free to take this workout outside. Remember to concentrate on your form as you move through the exercises.

Circuit:

  • Squat – 10x
  • Forward Lunge – 8x/leg
  • Lateral Lunge – 8x/leg
  • Squat > Squat Jump > Burpee – 5x

 
Repeat circuit 4 times, keeping your rest between rounds to a minimum. If you are a beginner decrease your reps for each exercise and take more time between circuit repeats.
