09 Aug Backyard Kettlebell Workout

Circuit 1:
• Kettlebell Squat Press – 8x/each way
• Gasser 25 yards – 5x (Note: there and back is 1.)
• Kettlebell Row – 15x/arm

Repeat 5 times.

Circuit 2:
• Single Leg RDL – 12x/leg
• Handstand Hold – 1 minute

Repeat 2 times.

Modified:
Circuit 1:
Repeat 3 times.

Circuit 2:
• Single Leg RDL – 8x
• Handstand Hold – 20 seconds

Beginner:
Circuit 1:
Repeat 2 times. Take a four minute break after set one.

Circuit 2:
Don’t do.
