Todd McCullough –TMAC FITNESS Founder


I am the son of Todd and Carolyn and brother to Trey McCullough from Baker County, Florida. My Baker County roots have shaped me into the individual I am today. Faith, family, friends, and working hard are part of my everyday life. My passion is fitness, and it is deeply rooted in who I am. I began in my father’s gym as a child, where training and discipline became ingrained. Out of this setting grew a strong work ethic, athleticism, and spirit. Hard work and perseverance earned me a full scholarship as a starting linebacker for the Florida Gators. After college, the European Football League afforded me the unique opportunity to play for Italy. I have been trained by the best coaches and trainers in the business. These amazing people have invested years of their lives in sharing their knowledge with me. The positive influence of these individuals has truly been one of life’s greatest blessings. It is my hope to be not only a support structure, but to share what I have learned with you and help you achieve your goals.

Robyn Mitsch – Nutrition & Wellness Coach

I have been a nutrition guru for most of my life and seemed to understand from an early age the importance of “fueling” your body with the right foods versus just feeding your body. I love researching and learning about nutrition and am always on the pulse of what is happening in that world. Joining the TMAC Team to lead the EAT portion of the program is a perfect fit as I love to share tips and recipes for eating healthy and living well. I am an advocate of the TMAC philosophy of building a diet from clean, real foods and am excited to be able to share my passion and knowledge and to inspire an “EAT clean” lifestyle.


I have worked with private clients to help them implement a healthy eating lifestyle by creating meal plans and even providing freshly made meals. I am always happy to help with diet and meal suggestions or planning, and even meal prep if you live local in the Los Angeles area.  When I’m not busy with that you can often find me hiking, yoga-ing, paddleboarding, running, farmer’s marketing, sunset gazing, ginger tea sipping or enjoying my daily bite of dark chocolate (for the anti-oxidants of course!)
