1️⃣ Hero’s Core​
*1 Minute
​*Place tops of feet on the mat.
*Drawl Navel In.

2️⃣ Side Plank With Feet On Side (Rt)
*45 seconds.
*Lift hips up.

3️⃣ Snowman’s
*Press navel into the ground.

4️⃣ Elbow Side Plank With Feet On Side (Lft).
*45 seconds.

5️⃣ Snowman’s.

Repeat Circuit 2x.
