*Place tops of feet on the mat.
*Drawl Navel In.
2️⃣ Side Plank With Feet On Side (Rt)
*Lift hips up.
*Press navel into the ground.
4️⃣ Elbow Side Plank With Feet On Side (Lft).
Repeat Circuit 2x.
