For 20 days, you'll will receive a beginner & advanced workout video — you choose which level you want to do! You will earn points for workouts, following the meal plan, step count, and mind right practices when you log your daily activities in our challenge leaderboard.

Hey, I’m
 Todd McCullough (TMAC).

This is where the best of athletic training meets the best of yoga.

Years ago, I played football for the University of Florida, but it left me with five surgeries and constant pain. I later found yoga in LA, which let me sweat without discomfort. However, I faced two challenges: losing muscle and classes felt too long.

So, I combined my athletic background with yoga, and created the TMAC 20 Workout, a 20-minute bodyweight routine that pushes your limits, followed by a quick stretch and meditation—what I call, "Getting My Mind Right Each Day."

There’s one key aspect of life we can control: our attitude. Each day, we can choose whether to let others dictate our mindset or reclaim it through a workout and meditation. My hope is that TMAC 20 helps you get your MIND RIGHT, lose unwanted weight, and build strength, muscle, and confidence along the way.

Workout (10 points)
  • Every day of the challenge, you will receive an email with a TMAC Workout.
  • If you prefer a non-TMAC workout, that's cool too.
Meditate (10 points)
MIND RIGHT (10 points)
  • Complete workout & meditation before checking social media and work emails.
  • This is called getting your MIND RIGHT.
Steps (10 points)
  • Get in 8,500+ steps a day.
  • If you choose not to walk due to weather, you must do an additional workout.
  • I recommend our yoga videos for the additional workout.
  • This second workout will count toward your steps for the day.
EAT (10 points)
  • Eat only: meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit.
  • Aim for 30-50 grams of protein each meal.
  • Drink only: water, tea, black coffee (lemon juice or electrolytes allowed).
  • No sugar, grains, alcohol, dairy.
  • Avoid anything man-made. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store.
After Photo & Testimonial (30 points)
  • At the end of the challenge, upload a friendly selfie (smiling, flexing, or working out) and share any benefits you received!
  • Did you lose weight? Get stronger in your pushups? What did you like about the challenge? Your story inspires others!
  • Celebrate your progress and let us know how you feel!

  • These activities are worth 5 points each time

Yes, we have an app and you can use it for the challenge if you’re a member. The challenge only purchase does not give you access to our app. 

This program is designed for the busy individual. If you have 20 minutes, you can get in your workout. Remember — no equipment needed.

Yes. The challenge is free for current TMAC FITNESS members and those with a corporate membership. For non-members, the challenge is just $40.
