Years ago, I played football for the University of Florida, but it left me with five surgeries and constant pain. I later found yoga in LA, which let me sweat without discomfort. However, I faced two challenges: losing muscle and classes felt too long.
So, I combined my athletic background with yoga, and created the TMAC 20 Workout, a 20-minute bodyweight routine that pushes your limits, followed by a quick stretch and meditation—what I call, "Getting My Mind Right Each Day."
There’s one key aspect of life we can control: our attitude. Each day, we can choose whether to let others dictate our mindset or reclaim it through a workout and meditation. My hope is that TMAC 20 helps you get your MIND RIGHT, lose unwanted weight, and build strength, muscle, and confidence along the way.
