  • Front Squats: 15 repetitions*
  • Handstand Hold Against Wall: 40 seconds
  • 400m Sprint

 
Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

*You can use Kettlebells or Dumbbells. Put weight in rack position on shoulders.
