I created the TMAC 20 Workout for two reasons:
1. I got tired of hearing my clients say “They didn’t have time to workout." Remember, the TMAC 20 Workouts are ONLY 20 minutes.
2. I wanted to give people the opportunity to have a daily spiritual practice. We can workout and eat kale, but if your soul is not at peace we will never know true wellness. This is why each workout ends in a meditation/prayer.
