Merriam-Webster defines habit as “an acquired mode of behavior that has become nearly or completely involuntary.”
Everyone has areas of their life they want to improve. Your screen time, fitness, nutrition, daily mindset, etc. Pick an area you want to improve and think about what involuntary behaviors you have? What is the trigger for those behaviors? What is the reward?
Habit = Trigger > Behavior > Reward
Knowing the cycle of habits helps you put in place more helpful habits in your life. Remember to start small. Build on success. Change one small habit and go from there!
